Section 17(1) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves Manual, 1973
(1)The Range Officer on obtaining the daily progress report of bagging and despatch in Kendu Leave Form No.4 will maintain a register showing the receipt and disposal of processed bags of different grades at the Central Godown in Kendu Leaves Form No.9 and a weekly return in Kendu Leaves Form No. 10 shall be submitted by him to the Deputy Conservator of Forests.
