initiated under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 starting with Section 4 (1)

dated 17.09.1991 in respect of the lands belonging to the petitioners
comprised in S.F.No.801/1A admeasuring and extent of 2 acres situated at
Kalappatti Vilalge, Coimbatore District as lapsed in view of Section 24(2) of
the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,
Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013).
