6. Regulation of expenditure and maintenance of accounts etc.
(1)The Government may regulate the expenditure of educational institutions and the maintenance of accounts by them in such manner as may be prescribed.(2)The Government may require such educational institutions to submit such returns or statements as it may deem necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
