Section 39(8) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(8)Immediately after placing the employee under suspension under sub-rule (4) or (7) as the case may be, the society shall initiate disciplinary action against the suspended employee under the prevalent service/disciplinary rules applicable on the employee.
