Section 59(1) in The Institute Of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences And Technology Act, 2013
(1)The expenditure of administration of the Institute during the taking over period of its management under sub-section (2) of section 50 shall be met out of the Permanent Statutory Endowment Fund, the General Fund or the Development Fund in such manner as may be prescribed.
