Section 45 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
45.
The President shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as are contained in the provisions of the Act, the Rules and Standing Orders of the Council. He shall do such acts as he considers necessary in the furtherance of the objects for which the Council is established.
