Section 150(1) in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
(1)Every School offering Home Science as a subject in the school may charge a Homo Science fee from the girl students of the classes in the [Secondary and Senior Secondary stages] [Substituted by the Delhi School Education (Amendment) Rules, 1990 w.e.f. 23.2.1990).] at the rate of fifty paise per month and the fee so collected shall be credited to a Fund, to be opened by the school and to be known as the "Home Science Fund".
