All decisions of the Commission shall be recorded in Minutes Book which shall be in the personal custody of the Secretary. The minutes will be recorded in the Minutes Book as soon as the Draft Minutes are signed by all the Members present as a token of approval. Originals of the minutes shall be preserved by the Secretary along with the Minutes Book in the relevant file.
