                     The       petitioner   is   apprehending   his   arrest   in

connection with Nagar (Mufassil) P.S Case No. 226 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No.601 of 2015 case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 379, 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act which is now pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, SBG, Sahibganj.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and there is specific allegation against the petitioner in relation to extortion of theft.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the anticipatory bail. Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within three weeks and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the court below shall release him on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, SBG, Sahibganj in connection with Nagar (Mufassil) P.S Case No. 226 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No.601 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and one of the bailor must be father of the petitioner.
