Section 34(5)(b) in Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2005

(b)in case, such a draft relates to a matters, which is within the purview of the Academic Council, the Board shall refer it for consideration to the Academic Council, which may, either report to the Board that it approves or does not approve the proposal, which, then, shall be deemed to have been rejected by the Board or submit the draft to the Board in such form, as the Academic Council may, approve; and
