Section 292B(1)(ii) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956

(ii)Such coloniser who wishes to offer the constructed residential houses instead of developed plots in his residential colony for the persons of the economically weaker sections under clause (i) then they may make available the houses of the prescribed size constructed in the prescribed area;
