Section 251(2) in Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009
(2)The Municipality may grant such licence subject to such conditions as it may deem fit and may at any time withdraw such licence on giving one month's notice to the licensee:Provided that where the licensee has contravened any of the conditions of the licence, it may be withdrawn without any such notice.
