1. Issue notice.
2. Notice is accepted by Mr.Shubhendu Bhattacharya, the learned counsel on behalf of the Official Liquidator. He is granted a period of four weeks to file the reply.
3. In the reply the Official Liquidator shall clearly indicate the status of the properties for which services were availed from the applicant, that is, whether these properties have been sold, if so, for what amount, and if not, the reason thereof. The status report shall also state if the properties, in any manner, have been encroached or frittered away while being under the watch and ward of the applicant.
