281. Hours and closures of Gardens, play grounds and General Pastures land.
- The Council may prescribe the hours and restrictions for the use of any park, playground or common pasture land and may, at any time, prohibit the use of any such place for any purpose other than games and recreation or close any such place.(13)Powers to develop certain areas
