Section 4(2) in Rajasthan Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(2)On receipt of an application under sub-rule (1), the Mining Engineer or Assistant Mining Engineer shall acknowledge the receipt of the application on the same day and register the person as a dealer within three days from the date of receipt of the application and issue registration certificate in Form No. 2.
