Section 50 in The Rajasthan Boiler Attendants' Rules, 1954
50. Invalidity of original certificate.
- On the issue of a duplicate, certificate the original certificate shall cease to be valid, and shall if in the possession or power of the holder thereof be returned to the office of the Chairman for cancellation.
