48. Chaukidari chakaran lands to be transferred to zamindars.
- All chaukidari chakaran lands before the passing of this Act, assigned for the benefit of any village in which a panchayat shall be appointed shall be transferred in manner and subject as hereinafter mentioned to the zamindar of the estate or tenure within which may be situate such lands.
