89.
(1)Before the commencement at an exhibition, the operator-in-charge shall satisfy himself that all the cables, leads, connections and resistance as also the fire extinguishing appliances in the enclosures are in proper working order.(2)The resistances, if not under constant observation, shall be inspected at least once during each performance. If fault is detected, current shall be immediately switched off until the fault is removed.
