Section 1 in New Mangalore Port Trust (Licensing of stevedoring and shore handling) Regulation, 2019
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the New Mangalore Port Trust (Licensing of stevedoring and shore handling) Regulation, 2019.(2)They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval thereto by the Central Government in the Official Gazette.
