Section 124(1) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016
(1)No prosecution for any offence punishable under this Act shall be instituted except with the previous sanction of the Metropolitan Commissioner / Vice-Chairperson.
