Section 6(1) in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
(1)The Board shall have a Director who shall be appointed by the Government from amongst the Joint Directors of Technical Education of the Government having minimum experience of not less than two years in the post of Joint Director or the equivalent thereto.
