Section 17(1) in THE MARINE AIDS TO NAVIGATION ACT, 2021

(1)The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify restrictions on activities that interfere with or obstruct the operation of any aid to navigation within the specified distance of such aid to navigation.
