78. All plant and machinery and storage to be within the manufactory.
- All buildings, plant and machinery used for the storage of spirit and manufacture or storage of foreign liquor shall be situated within the manufactory premises and no other business except that of storage, manufacture and issue of foreign liquor shall be carried on the premises.
