03. 06.10.2010Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though none appeared for the petitioner, respondent in C.W.J.C. No. 12878 of 2003 which was unfortunate, but a counter affidavit had been filed. From Annexure-'K' to the counter affidavit, it is submitted that proceedings were in fact, held and enquiry report submitted.
Issue notice to respondent nos. 8 and 9 under ordinary process as well as registered cover with A.D. for which requisites etc. must be filed till 29th of October, 2010, failing which the application shall stands rejected without further reference to a Bench.
