Section 1 in The Punjab Forward Contracts Tax Act, 1951
1. Short title, extent, and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The Punjab Forward Contracts Tax Act, 1951.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab.(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [Vide Punjab Government Notification No. 2938-E and T-51/2576, dated 1.6.1951.] as the Government may, by Notification in the Official Gazette, specify.
