(b)the buying and selling of liquor carried on by the military canteens in the State under any licence granted in accordance with the provisions of the [Telangana] [Adapted in G.O.Ms.No.162, Revenue (Excise-II) Department, dated 10.09.2015.] Excise Act, 1968 (Act 17 of 1968) and the rule made thereunder; and
