Section 37(5) in C.U. Shah University First Statutes 2013
(5)Until the first Regulations of the University are made under this statutes, the existing rules and regulations of the Vardhman Bharti Trust the sponsoring body, as approved by the Board as in force immediately before the commencement of this statutes, shall continue to apply to the University, in so far as they are not inconsistent with provisions of this statutes.
