Section 6(1) in Chhattisgarh Regulation, Prohibition, Sale and Use of Acid Act, 2013
(1)Any dealer or manufacturer desiring to obtain a licence referred to in the last preceding Section shall make an application in writing to the Licensing Authority in such form and manner and accompanied by such licence fee as may be prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
