FACTS:-
In his letter of 22/01/2007, the Appellant had requested for sanctioned architectural drawings of CSE Market, Prashant Vihar, Rohini. The CPIO by his letter of 05/02/2007 had informed the Appellant that the relevant records were not traceable, the matter being old. The AA had also disposed of the mater accordingly vide his letter dated 21/03/2007.
2. The matter was heard on 18/11/2008. The Appellant did not appear before the Commission. The Public Authority is represented by Shri Ashok Kumar, Addl. Commissioner(Plg). He submits that the lay out map could be traced but the architectural plans are not traceable.
DECISION
3. CPIO will inform the Appellant of the above mentioned development and if he is interested in obtaining a copy of the lay out plan, the same would be furnished. Further, CPIO is also directed to make fresh efforts to trace out the architectural drawings and inform the Appellant of the developments.
