(2)The Chief Executive officer shall under instructions of Pramukh issue notice for the attend every meeting of the Zila Parishad and standing committees and may take part in the discussion but shall not have the right to move any resolution or to vote. If in the opinion, of the Chief Executive Officer any proposal before the Zila Parishad is violative of, or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any other law or the rules or order made thereunder or instructions issued by the State Government, it shall be his duty to bring the same to the notice the of the Zila Parishad.
