Where the figures given in any return differ from those given for the same period in any returns previously submitted, explanation should always be offered to avoid the necessity for a reference in the matter. Much correspondence will also be rendered unnecessary if, before submission, figures entered in the Annual Statements are compared with those in the High Court printed reports for the previous year.
