Heard.

This writ application, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, filed on behalf of the petitioner, is directed against the order dated 27.04.2012 passed in Title Appeal No. 30 of 1999, whereby the leaned F.T.C.-IV, Chapra, rejected the application dated 18.04.2012 filed on behalf of the plaintiff/petitioner, under Order XLI Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to send the documents, which have been marked as Ext. A, C and D, during trial for examination of signature of Ramashray Das.

Perused the impugned order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11534 of 2012 (3) dt.14-10-2014

Apparently, I find no illegality amounting to abuse of process of court in the impugned order for interference with the same. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
