1. It is the grievance of the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant needs immediate surgery. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, it is not disputed that the applicant was admitted to Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals.
2. I have perused the medical report dated 30/10/2023. The medical documents placed on record clearly indicates that the applicant is admitted and undergoing medical treatment for the condition mentioned in the said report dated 30/10/2023. Further in the remarks of the concerned doctor dated 30/10/2023, it has been stated that the patient 1/2 Urmila Ingale 21. IA 3918-23.doc requires further evaluation and planned treatment which will be undertaken by the concerned Department of Surgery in hospital. Needless to mention that the applicant shall be provided all medical and health care facilities as well as medical treatment for the condition for which he has been admitted in the hospital.
3. Let further report be submitted by Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals about the condition of the applicant and further progress by the next date.
4. In this view of the matter, as the medical treatment is being provided to the applicant, stand over to 07/11/2023, fairly high on board.
