On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioners
wants to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to approach the Wakf Board to avail alternative remedy, as is available to the petitioners. The only prayer is to allow the petitioners to make an application for condonation of delay under Sections 5 and 14 of the Limitation Act.
In view of the prayer made, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The petitioners would further be at liberty to make an application for condonation of delay under Sections 5 and 14 of the Limitation Act, which would then be considered by the Court/Tribunal appropriately keeping in mind the litigation between the parties.
The impugned order shall remain stayed for the period of fifteen days from today.
A copy of this order be placed in connected file.
