Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as counsel for non- applicants.

Admittedly, interim order has been passed in the application for interim relief on 22.12.2017, staying the proceedings before the trial Court.

Perusal of the record reveals that the said interim order had not been extended on 26.07.2021 when the matter was directed to be listed before the other Bench of this Court.

Be that as it may, the interim order having been passed earlier has to be in operation till the same is either vacated or modified after hearing the parties.

Accordingly, interim order dated 22.12.2017 shall remain in operation till next date of hearing.

Application is 'disposed of'.

Response has not been filed.

Four weeks' time as prayed for is granted to the counsel for the respondent for filing response.
