Section 13(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Recordkeeping Agency) Regulations, 2015
(1)The central recordkeeping agency shall pay an annual fee at the rate of 0.05 times of the service charges as specified in regulation 22 before the due date as may be specified by the Authority.
