We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed. However, four weeks’ time is granted to the petitioner(s) to surrender and move an application for regular bail before the Trial Court. Such prayer as and when made shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the Trial Court. For a period of four weeks or till the bail application is decided by the Trial Court whichever is earlier, the petitioner(s) shall remain protected against arrest.
