Section 29(1) in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
(1)Every employee in a theatre or other place of public amusement or entertainment shall be given at least one day in a week as a holiday:Provided that nothing in this sub-section shall apply to an employee whose total period of employment in any week is less than six days.
