(b)the result of any research and investigations undertaken by the Governments interested or the Electricity Boards within the States concerned, with respect to the conservation, regulation or utilisation of water resources, such as water power generation, irrigation, navigation, flood control, soil conservation, geological examination, land use and connected structural and design features.
