Section 22(1) in U.P. Industrial Housing Act, 1955

(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the [Labour Commissioner] [Substituted by U. P. Act No. 1 of 1966, Section 96 (4) (i).] under sub-section (2) of Section 12 [ * * * *] [The words, brackets and figures 'or sub-section (2) of Section 21' omitted by U. P. Act No. 22 of 1972, Section 19 (2) (b) (w.e.f. 28-4-1972).], may within 15 days of the service of the order under the said sections, prefer an appeal to the State Government:Provided that the State Government may entertain the appeal after the expiry of the said period of 15 days if it is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeal in time.
