Section 55(1) in The Orissa Urban Police Act, 2003
(1)If any person as aforesaid required to allow his measurements or photographs to be taken resists or refuses to allow the taking of such measurements or photographs, it shall be lawful to use all necessary means to secure the taking thereof.
