Section 2(j) in The Goa Tax on Luxuries Rules, 1988
(j)"Government" or "the Government" when referred to as a [hotelier or proprietor, as the case may be] [Substituted by the (Sixth Amendment) Rules, 2010.] shall mean any State Government or the Central Government, as the case may be;
