(2)The decision of the State Government under sub-section (1) shall be final.[Provided that, the State Government may, after due verification and recording reasons, review any such decision including for the academic year 2013-2014.] [This proviso was added by Maharashtra 19 of 2013, Section 6 (w.e.f. 2-7-2013).]
