1. Prayer in the application for withdrawal of the main petition being infructuous which is fixed for 19th October, 2023.
2. The main petition is filed for directions to the Additional Sessions Judge, Jind for early disposal of the revision petition.
3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The date of hearing in the main petition is preponed from 19th October, 2023 to today itself.
4. The main petition is taken on Board and is disposed of as infructuous.
5. Since the main case has been disposed of, pending application if any is rendered infructuous.
6. The respondent would be at liberty to move an application if being aggrieved of the order passed today.
