Section 56(1) in The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(1)It shall be the duty of the Vice-Chancellor to make arrangement for constituting the authorities of the University other than the Board of Management within a period of six months from the date of commencement of this Act or within such longer period not exceeding one year, as the Government may by notification direct.
