(a)The total amount of translation charges payable by any party or his Advocate shall be computed and certified by 'the Senior Translator when the translation is done in the translation Department or by the Superintendent of the Civil, Criminal or Supreme Court Branch as the case may be, when the translation is done by a Special Translator.
