(10)"Medicinal Drugs" means any mixture with or without neutral materials of any of the forms of opium as defined under Section 3, clauses, (i) and (ii) of the Act but does not include (1) any preparation containing not more than 0.2 per cent of morphine or (2) opium derivative as defined under Section 2 of the Dangerous Drugs Act, 1930.
