Section 38AA(1) in The Gujarat University Act, 1949
(1)The rights conferred on an institution by approval may be withdrawn or suspended for any period by the Executive Council if the institution has failed to observe any conditions of its approval or the work assigned to it is conducted in a manner which is prejudicial to the interest of education or the teacher recognised by the University leaves the institution.
