Section 24(i) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(i)a farewell entertainment of a substantially private and informal character held in honour of the employee or any other employee on the occasion of his retirement or transfer or of any person who has recently acquitted the service of Government or Board ;
