Section 12(1) in The Darjeeling Ropeway Company Limited (Acquisition Of Undertaking) Act, 1976
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the corporation or any of its officers or other employees for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
